Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for digital products on dmat-exam.com.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to your use of dmat-exam.com ("Service"), operated by Nikshala Private Limited. It outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund and the process for cancelling your service.
1. Refund Policy
All products on dmat-exam.com, including the Core Module, Subject Modules, Mock Tests, and bundled packages, are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because content, questions, and answer keys are accessible immediately, our refund policy is as follows:
No Refund: Once payment is confirmed and access to a product has been granted, that purchase is final and non-refundable, regardless of how much of the content has been used. This applies to the Core Module, Subject Modules, Mock Tests, and all bundled packages.
Full Refund: Issued only if we are unable to grant you access to a purchased product due to a technical error on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
These exceptions must be reported within 7 days of the transaction, along with your order details and proof of payment.
2. Cancellation by User
Since all products are digital and access is granted instantly, there is no cancellation window once a purchase is complete. If you have not yet completed payment, you may simply exit checkout at any time without charge.
3. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your access at any time for reasons such as: non-payment or a failed/reversed transaction; providing false or misleading information; sharing login credentials or engaging in unauthorised redistribution of content; or any other violation of our Terms & Conditions.
In the event of cancellation by us for a reason not caused by the user, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the service.
4. Failed or Pending Transactions
If a payment fails or remains pending but an amount has been debited from your account, this is typically reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. If this does not happen, please contact us with your transaction reference so we can help you follow up.
